I’m honored to officially announce the launch of Niesie’s Dream, LLC 💜

Founded by Dr. Alaiyia N. Williams, Niesie’s Dream was created in loving memory of my mother, Elizabeth “Niesie” Williams—the woman whose unwavering love, belief, and encouragement propelled me to great heights in my life and career. Everything I am is rooted in her love.

Niesie’s Dream exists to build capacity through education, advocacy, and empowerment. This organization is a living legacy—transforming love into action and lived experience into collective power. Our work is grounded in equity, healing, and the belief that when people are truly supported, they can achieve what once felt impossible.

This journey is deeply personal, purpose-driven, and rooted in community. I look forward to sharing more as we grow, build, and continue honoring her legacy through meaningful impact.
